This is especially true for Ms. Logan, Brooke Logan (Katherine Kelly Lang), who holds a special place in his heart. But last week, he learned from Carter Walton that Ridge and Steffy viewed the Logans as inconsequential employees.
Eric has expressed his feelings about Steffy firing Hope Logan (Annika Noelle), but Steffy has dismissed his concerns. She then told her grandfather, who owned the company, that despite his protests, Hope was done. And then Richie backed her up, so Eric Forrest already had some understanding of this culture that Carter Walton was talking about.

The new boss mentioned that he witnessed Brooke working out in the hallway. That’s because no one has assigned any workspace specifically to her. that doesn’t sound good bold and beautiful fan.
This also seems to reinforce Carter’s claim that FC does not respect the culture. Therefore, after Eric heard this sentence, he probably did not miss the point. If anything could change Eric’s mind, it would be this. Carter’s revelations about Brooke Logan’s treatment might do just that.
The Forrester Creations founder has time until next week to digest everything he’s heard. So, he may have viewed this takeover as just a remedy for his granddaughter’s power trip and for him to support her son. He might even be close to Carter, working undercover with a new captain at the helm.

So once Eric Forrester gets a foothold, he’ll likely blame Steffy Forrester and Ridge for causing the acquisition. At the same time, he might come to understand Carter Walton’s perspective and become his silent partner in the acquisition process.
Still, Forrester Creations remains a family legacy. That said, once Eric Forrester’s murderous granddaughter and son learn their lesson from the CBS soap opera, control of the company will likely return to the Forrester family.
