Prince William attends Notre Dame Cathedral reopening ceremony and uses his signature body language moves

Prince William is in Paris and making familiar body language gestures. The 42-year-old future monarch traveled to France to attend the reopening of Notre Dame Cathedral in Paris after a devastating fire in 2019.
